What you’re actually buying
For the price of a coffee, you get a complete scouting framework for the 2022 NFL Draft, filtered specifically through the lens of what the Kansas City Chiefs need. This isn’t just a list of names; it’s a curated analysis of 88 players, each assigned an overall grade and a specific “fit” for the Chiefs’ roster. If you’ve ever tried to track every prospect on your own and ended up with a messy spreadsheet and zero clarity, the Arrowhead Live 2022 NFL Draft Guide offers a pre-digested alternative.
The real value here is in the comparative context. For each player, the guide includes player comparisons—helping you understand if a prospect is a “better version” of someone already in the league—and a projected draft round. This turns the chaotic 72-hour draft window into a structured decision-making process. You’re not just guessing who the Chiefs will pick; you’re seeing the team’s logic laid out in a format that’s easy to scan. (Arrowhead Live 2022 NFL Draft Guide)
The guide also serves as a gateway to a broader content ecosystem. While the $1 entry point gets you the core 88-player analysis, the listing notes that additional premium content—such as updated mock drafts, player big boards, and post-draft film analysis—is available with the purchase. This means the initial investment is less about the static document and more about getting access to the Arrowhead Live Draft Team’s ongoing updates. If you want to stay in the loop as the draft week progresses, the Chiefs-specific mock drafts included in the package are the most immediate utility.
Why it’s on our radar
This product stands out because it solves a very specific problem: information overload during draft week. Most free scouting resources are either too broad (covering all 32 teams) or too casual (social media hot takes). The Arrowhead Live Draft Team has narrowed the field to 88 players, which is a manageable number for a dedicated fan to actually read and use.
The specificity of the “Chiefs fit” is the hook. By focusing on one team, the guide can be more opinionated and useful for that fanbase than a generic guide would be. It’s a niche product that serves a passionate audience well. At $1, the barrier to entry is so low that it’s a low-risk way to get a structured view of the draft before the first pick is made. It’s a “cheat sheet” for the biggest night in Kansas City sports, packaged in a way that respects the buyer’s time. (Arrowhead Live 2022 NFL Draft Guide)
What actually matters
- The “Chiefs Fit” Column: This is the most valuable feature. It doesn’t just tell you who is good; it tells you who is good for them. If you’re a Chiefs fan, this saves you the work of cross-referencing every prospect against the roster’s needs. (Arrowhead Live 2022 NFL Draft Guide)
- Player Comparisons: Seeing a prospect compared to a current NFL player (e.g., “Think of this as a faster version of X”) is a quick way to gauge potential. It’s a useful mental model for fantasy players and casual fans alike. (Arrowhead Live 2022 NFL Draft Guide)
- Update Frequency: The listing mentions updates as of April 21 and April 25, 2022. If you’re buying this, check the “last updated” date on the live page to ensure you’re getting the latest mock drafts and grades. The value of a draft guide drops by the hour as the week progresses. (Arrowhead Live 2022 NFL Draft Guide)
- Scope Limitations: Remember this is a Chiefs-centric guide. If you follow another team, the “fit” analysis will be irrelevant to you, though the overall grades and comparisons may still be useful. (Arrowhead Live 2022 NFL Draft Guide)
