Is Discord Twitch Emoji Base Pack Of 20 #1 worth it if you’re shopping in Drawing & Painting?
You have the server, the chat, and the community, but the emotes look like they were cut out of a 1990s newspaper. If you are running a Discord or Twitch channel and want your chat to feel polished without spending hours drawing every single face from scratch, you need a foundation that is already there. That is exactly what the Discord Twitch Emoji Base Pack Of 20 #1 offers. It is a $10 starter kit for creators who want to customize their own emote library but don’t want to start with a blank canvas.
This isn’t a finished set of high-res stickers. It is a set of line art bases. You get the structure, the proportions, and the character; you do the coloring. If you have a little bit of digital art experience—or even just patience with MS Paint—this pack turns a tedious drawing session into a fun customization project. It’s the difference between building a house from bricks and buying a pre-cut kit. (Discord Twitch Emoji Base Pack Of 20 #1)

What you’re actually buying
At $10, you are getting a significant amount of raw material. The pack includes 20 distinct emoji bases, which is enough to cover a full range of expressions—happy, sad, angry, surprised, and more—without you having to invent a single new character design. That variety is the real value here. Most single emote commissions cost $5 or more, so getting 20 bases for the price of two custom commissions is a strong deal if you are willing to put in the coloring time. The file formats are practical, not just pretty. You get PSD files for those who use Photoshop or similar layered editors, and MS Paint-friendly files for those who prefer a lightweight, accessible tool. This matters because not every streamer has a high-end graphics setup. If you are on a laptop with basic software, you can still open these files, color them in, and export them for your platform. The flexibility lowers the barrier to entry significantly. (Discord Twitch Emoji Base Pack Of 20 #1)
The license is clear and creator-friendly. You are buying the rights to color these lines and use them in your own commissions, provided you credit Eito as the original artist. You can also take commissions using these bases as long as you don’t give out the base lines. This is a huge plus for artists who want to offer custom emote services to their own clients. You can use these bases as a starting point for your own business, which adds a layer of utility beyond just personal use. (Discord Twitch Emoji Base Pack Of 20 #1)
Why it’s on our radar
This pack stands out because it solves a very specific pain point: the “blank canvas” paralysis. When you start a new channel, you need emotes immediately to build identity. Commissioning 20 custom emotes from scratch is expensive and slow. Drawing them yourself from zero is time-consuming. This Discord Twitch Emoji Base Pack Of 20 #1 hits the middle ground. It gives you a professional-looking structure that you can personalize in a weekend.
The fact that it includes MS Paint-friendly files is also a smart move. Many digital art packs assume you have Photoshop or Procreate. By including a format that works with basic software, Eito is making this accessible to a wider range of creators. It’s a small detail, but it shows an understanding of the actual tools people use when they are just starting out. (Discord Twitch Emoji Base Pack Of 20 #1)
What actually matters
Before you buy, you need to be clear about what you are not getting. This is not a finished product. You are not buying colored emotes. You are buying line art. If you are not willing to sit down and color these yourself, this pack will sit in your downloads folder unused. The disclaimer is explicit: “You will need to edit and color the lines yourself.” (Discord Twitch Emoji Base Pack Of 20 #1)
Check your software compatibility. If you don’t have Photoshop, make sure you can open the MS Paint-friendly files on your system. While they are designed to be accessible, you still need to verify that your setup can handle the file types. If you are on a very limited device, test one file first if possible, or ensure you have a basic image editor that can handle layers or at least flat color fills. Understand the credit requirement. If you plan to use these in a commercial context or take commissions, you must credit Eito as the original artist. This is standard for base packs, but it’s worth noting if you have a strict “no attribution” policy for your brand. The rules are clear: do not redistribute the files, do not claim the linework as your own, and do not give out the base lines. (Discord Twitch Emoji Base Pack Of 20 #1)
Mid-check
If you are ready to customize your emote library and have the time to color them in, this is a solid investment. (Discord Twitch Emoji Base Pack Of 20 #1)
FAQ
Can I use these emotes for my Discord server? Yes. You can color them in and upload them to your Discord server. The license allows you to use the colored versions in your own community. Just remember to credit the original artist if you are using them in a way that promotes your brand or services. (Discord Twitch Emoji Base Pack Of 20 #1)
Do I need Photoshop to use these files? No. The pack includes MS Paint-friendly files, which are designed for users who don’t have access to professional software. You can use basic image editing tools to color them in. However, if you want to do more complex shading or layering, a program like Photoshop or GIMP would be helpful. (Discord Twitch Emoji Base Pack Of 20 #1)
Can I sell emotes I create using these bases? You can take commissions using these bases as long as you do not give out the base lines. This means you can color them in for clients and charge for your labor, but you cannot sell the uncolored base files themselves. You must also provide appropriate credit to Eito as the original artist. (Discord Twitch Emoji Base Pack Of 20 #1)
Bottom line
The Discord Twitch Emoji Base Pack Of 20 #1 is a practical, affordable way to get a custom emote set without the high cost or time commitment of commissioning every single one.
