Is Foliage Deluxe Easy Procreate Brushes 🌿☘️ worth it if you’re shopping in Drawing & Painting?
If you’ve ever stared at a blank canvas trying to draw a convincing Monstera leaf or a tangled wisteria vine, you know the specific frustration of botanical illustration. It’s rarely about the concept; it’s about the execution. Trying to get the right texture for a pine branch or the delicate flow of a tropical stem with standard brushes often feels like fighting your own tool. This is exactly where a specialized set becomes a force multiplier, saving you the hours of custom brush creation so you can focus on composition and color. What you’re actually buying
At $7, you aren’t just buying a few generic leaf shapes; you are acquiring a complete botanical ecosystem. The bundle includes 296 premium Procreate brushes, a number that speaks to the sheer variety of natural forms you can access. This isn’t a “one size fits all” leaf pack. It breaks down into specific categories that address the hardest parts of nature illustration: tropical leaves, Monstera forms, wild stems, pine branches, and wisteria strands. (Foliage Deluxe Easy Procreate Brushes 🌿☘️)
The value here comes from the specificity. If you are working on a fantasy environment, you likely need more than just a generic green smear. You need the rigid structure of a pine branch and the soft, cascading flow of wisteria in the same project. This pack covers that range, moving from delicate botanical elegance to rougher forest textures. It’s designed for “effortless flow,” meaning the brushes are likely tuned to handle the pressure and tilt of the Apple Pencil to mimic natural growth patterns, rather than just stamping a vector shape. For those working in pattern design or packaging, this volume is a game-changer. You can mix and match these 296 assets to create seamless backgrounds or intricate floral borders without worrying about consistency, as the brushes are designed to work together. Whether you are creating a stationery set or a fantasy map, having a dedicated library for stems, leaves, and textures means you can iterate on your design faster, focusing on the layout rather than the mechanics of drawing a single leaf. Why it’s on our radar
This offer stands out because of the sheer density of the library relative to the price point. Finding 296 specialized brushes for $7 is rare; most botanical packs at this price point offer 20–50 brushes at most. The listing targets a very specific job-to-be-done: creating lush, natural worlds for editorial illustration, fantasy environments, and garden scenes. It’s not a “starter pack”; it’s a comprehensive toolkit for anyone who paints plants regularly. (Foliage Deluxe Easy Procreate Brushes 🌿☘️)
The inclusion of specific forms like Monstera and wisteria suggests a focus on contemporary and fantasy illustration trends, rather than just basic botanical studies. This makes it particularly interesting for commercial artists who need to produce high-volume floral work for clients. The fact that it’s a “Deluxe” bundle implies a curated selection of the seller’s best work, offering a higher quality-to-quantity ratio than a simple “all-in-one” dump. Buyers have already highlighted the practical utility of specific tools within the set. One user noted how the botanical bush 36 brush simplified the process of creating shrubs that look like lilac blossoms, a task that often requires tedious layering with standard brushes. As Gumroad reviews note: “I loved the botanical bush 36 brush. It makes it so easy to make a shrub that looks like lilac blossoms. Thank you Luana !” Another buyer emphasized the versatility of the tropical brushes, stating: “Thank you so very much! I love them all but most favorite is tropical brushes ☘️🍀🌵🌱👍🏼”.
What actually matters
Before you add this to your cart, consider how your current workflow handles botanical elements. If you are currently spending more than 10 minutes trying to get a convincing pine branch or a complex leaf cluster, this pack will likely save you hours. The key is to test the wild stems and forest textures brushes, as these are often the most difficult to replicate with standard Procreate tools. (Foliage Deluxe Easy Procreate Brushes 🌿☘️)
Check your Procreate version to ensure compatibility, though most modern brush sets are compatible with recent versions. Since this is a digital download, you’ll want to verify the file format (typically a .brush file or a .brushset file) matches what your device expects. The listing mentions a bonus reward system where leaving a review with your favorite brush can earn you a discount code, and sending a short video of your artwork using the brushes unlocks lifetime access to all current and future brush sets by Wosiack Procreate. If you plan to use these brushes for commercial work, this future-proofing is a significant value add. (Foliage Deluxe Easy Procreate Brushes 🌿☘️)
Finally, look at the Monstera forms specifically. If you work in contemporary illustration, the ability to quickly place a recognizable, stylish leaf is a major time-saver. The fact that the pack includes both delicate strands (wisteria) and bold forms (tropical leaves) means you don’t need to buy a second pack for different styles of greenery.
