What you’re actually buying
At $20, Freelanceman Notion OS Template ships a bundle of tools that aim to organize multiple areas of your life and work into a single, unified Notion system. The core deliverable is a Notion Template Link that you can duplicate, which includes a range of pre-built databases and pages designed to help manage everything from work projects and personal goals to finances and social media content.
The template includes a Master Calendar that aggregates all deadlines and tasks across your work and personal life into one centralized view, making it easier to track time and stay on top of your commitments. This is paired with a Master Budget system that automatically compiles all income and expenses, helping you keep track of your financial health without manually inputting data each time.
Also included is a Notecard system, which allows you to organize notes, ideas, and content from various projects and life areas into specific categories. This can be especially useful for freelancers or remote workers who need a way to keep track of creative ideas, client communications, and project updates in one place.
While the template is primarily in Vietnamese, the instructional video included in the package provides a walkthrough to help you set up and customize the Notion system to your needs. This makes it a good fit for users who are comfortable with Vietnamese or who want to follow along with visual guidance.
If your goal is to streamline your Notion setup without building from scratch, this $20 package offers a ready-made system that covers a wide range of life and work management needs.
The template is delivered as a duplicate-ready Notion link, which means you can use it as a base and modify it to suit your preferences. It includes six pre-built databases and over 20 pages that cover different aspects of life and work management. The instructional video is around 15 minutes long, providing a detailed walkthrough of how to set up and customize the template. The package also includes export options for individual pages or databases, allowing you to use specific parts of the template in other Notion workspaces if needed.

If you’re looking for a quick, no-fuss way to organize your Notion workspace without building from scratch, this is a compelling option.
