What you’re actually buying
For ten dollars, you are getting a complete avatar stack that rivals packs costing three or four times as much. The core value here is the PC + Quest compatibility, meaning you do not have to choose between visual fidelity on a desktop and accessibility on a standalone headset. Nutella comes with FBT Ready and VRC Face Tracking Support, so your expressions will actually reach the viewer. This is a critical feature that many budget avatars skip to save on rigging costs, but here it is included as a standard option.
Beyond the face, the body is fully equipped with GogoLocomotion, ensuring your avatar moves naturally when you walk, run, or jump in VRChat. The seller has also included Custom Facial Animations and Fake Index Gestures, which adds a layer of expressiveness that goes beyond standard hand tracking. If you are the type who likes to show off your avatar’s movement, these features ensure Nutella feels alive rather than stiff. (Nutella {Budget Avi} SFW [Face Tracking])
The customization depth is where this offer really shines. You get a full set of toggles for hair adjustments, clothing swaps (including an undershirt, t-shirt, pants, and PJs), and accessories like piercings, necklaces, and gloves. There is even a Leopard Plushie and a Tiger Follower included, which are nice touches for social spaces. On PC, you can tweak Hair Hue, Leopard Parts Hue, and Eyes Hue, giving you significant control over the final look without needing to edit the model yourself. Why it’s on our radar
This release is interesting because it addresses a specific pain point in the VRChat community: the lack of affordable, high-performance avatars that are SFW and fully featured. Many “budget” avatars are stripped down to the bare minimum, but Nutella includes Physbones in places expected, 6 Skin Tones, and a Snow Leopard Option. The seller explicitly mentions that they wanted to provide more high-quality options at a lower price point, and the feature list backs that up.
A Gumroad review highlights the community reception, noting: “Such a beautiful avi with a great giveaway and creator!! ❤️❤️”. This feedback suggests that the visual quality meets the high standards expected in the 3D avatar niche, even at the budget price tier.
What actually matters
Before you hit purchase, confirm that your headset or PC setup can handle the Poiyomi Toon shaders (v8.1 is recommended for PC). The listing provides clear upload instructions for both Creator Companion and the Quest version, so even if you are new to VRChat avatar creation, the process is straightforward. (Nutella {Budget Avi} SFW [Face Tracking])
Check the download size of 29.19 MB. This is a manageable size for both PC and Quest, ensuring that the avatar does not take up excessive storage space or cause long load times. For Quest users, make sure you switch the build type before uploading, as the instructions specify a different procedure than the PC version. (Nutella {Budget Avi} SFW [Face Tracking])
Finally, consider the SFW rating. If you are looking for an avatar that is appropriate for all types of VRChat interactions and spaces, Nutella fits that bill perfectly. The inclusion of Face Tracking means you can use it for serious socializing, content creation, or just casual hanging out in worlds. (Nutella {Budget Avi} SFW [Face Tracking])
